The Russian and Ukrainian Private Adoption Project was established to help families through the difficult and stressful adoption process.
Even though we are not an adoption agency, we have all of the resources to help you wth your adoption. We offer independent, private adoption services, with an emphasis on Russia and Ukraine, but we also provide services in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. We will be with you at every step of the way!
All adoptions are overseen by Dr. Ronald Federici. Dr. Federici is a world renowned expert in the evaluation and treatment of adopted children, and is the proud father to seven adopted children of his own!
